So what is Illuminary?
Dear Reader,
It is with great pleasure that I am announcing the formation of the Illuminary company. I’ve been toying with the idea for some time now, but I’ve decided to finally pull the trigger and see what happens. Long have I been fascinated with the topics of history, philosophy, and religion - the obscure bits even more so - but the amount of coverage in the modern age is lacking. That is where Illuminary comes in.
Being a fusion of the old with the new, Illuminary hopes to shed light on these esoteric topics and feed the hunger that our fellow seekers experience day to day.
Just a week ago, we published our first video on the Illuminary YouTube Channel. It will be the first of many to come in our mission to rejuvenate ancient texts for a modern audience. Using state of the art technology in the field of machine learning, we hope to visualize long forgotten stories of old, and spark new interest that will catch on like a wildfire.
Launching in parallel to this is our newsletter which you are currently reading, our bookstore, and our publishing venture. Not only are we modernizing texts through digital media, but also through new translations and guidebooks which will help the curious mind navigate the rocky terrain of this often confusing subject matter.
We hope that you’ll join us on this adventure, ready for the twists and turns that await us. The future is exciting, and the year is new!
